AI policy that survives a real school
Most schools already have AI in the building. What they often lack is a position on it. I help you write the policy, set the governance, and agree what good use actually looks like, in language staff, governors and parents can all read. Safeguarding, GDPR and workload are designed in, not bolted on afterwards.
Staff development that changes practice
A policy nobody uses is a document, not a strategy. I run leadership sessions, staff INSET and use-case mapping that put AI into the parts of the job where it genuinely saves time, and keep it out of the parts where it should not be. Staff leave knowing what to do on Monday.
